Ballast is a member-retention service operated by Gilleard Marketing. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Gym owner account information, such as your name, email address, and gym name.
- Member information that gyms upload, including members' names, email addresses, phone numbers, and visit history.
- Usage data about how the service is accessed and used.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the service and to send re-engagement messages (email and SMS) to a gym's members on that gym's behalf.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted providers (Twilio for SMS, Brevo for email, Supabase for storage) solely to operate the service.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with anyone.
Opt-out
Recipients can reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further messages at any time.
