Program description
Ballast SMS Program: Ballast sends account and re-engagement text messages to gym members on behalf of participating gyms and fitness studios.
Costs and frequency
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Cancelling messages
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
